Diag.keep_ioncycle_spectra
================

Decide whether or not to keep a copy of the log_spec_tot file after
each spectral cycle in order to track the changes as the
code converges. Produces files of format sirocco01.log_spec_tot and so
on (02,03...) for subsequent cycles.
